Albion's assistant manager Mauricio Taricco has had his suspension lifted.
But the suspensions of manager Gus Poyet and coach Charlie Oatway remain in place while the Seagulls continue their internal investigations into alleged breaches of contract.
A brief statement released by the club revealed: "The internal process concerning Mauricio Taricco has now concluded. Mauricio's suspension has been lifted.
"The club looks forward to Mauricio's scheduled return to work following his scheduled annual leave.
"The club's internal processes concerning Gus Poyet and Charlie Oatway are on-going. As such, the club is not able to make any further comment on this matter at this time."
Argentinian Taricco and Uruguayan Poyet have been close friends on and off the pitch since they were team-mates at Tottenham.
Poyet instantly installed Taricco as his No. 2 when taking charge of Albion in November 2009.
