But Kemy Agustien will have to wait for his chance to impress.
The Dutchman, who will sign when paperwork is finalised, is among many subs.
Bruno Saltor and Liam Bridcutt again get the chance of valuable match-time and Vitalijs Maksimenko starts at left-back.
Norwich include former Albion star Elliott Bennett in their starting XI.
They also have key summer signings Nathan Redmond, Leroy Fer and Ricky van Wolfswinkel among their initial line-up with Gary Hooper on the bench.
