Bruno has revealed Sami Hyypia was angry after his side’s 3-0 defeat at Derby.
But the vastly experienced right-back has urged Albion to remain firmly united behind their boss.
The Seagulls are facing a potentially pivotal six-pointer at home to Millwall on Friday after going down at the iPro Stadium.
Bruno said: “Of course he (Hyypia) is angry – and he must be angry with us.
“But we are together and that is the right way to be.
“If we are not together it is impossible to win games.”
Millwall will head to the Amex on the back of a 5-1 hammering at home to Middlesbrough which had boss Ian Holloway admitting: “It’s the worst I’ve ever felt in football.
“We just need a win and the good thing is we have next week to try and do that.”
