Gaetan Bong wants Albion to capitalise on home support in back-to-back games at the Amex.
The Seagulls host Hull today and Rotherham on Tuesday knowing a return of at least four points will guarantee them top spot in the Championship seven matches into the season.
Bong said: “It’s interesting when you play two games at home but sometimes it is not easy. The other teams come to try to take points and when we are on top we need to take advantage.
“We play 12 against 11 because we have the fans. The atmosphere, we need this at the moment.”
Albion have urged supporters to be in their seats by 2.30pm today for a range of tributes to the victims of the Shoreham Airshow tragedy.
