Rotherham boss Steve Evans admits he has had to rest some tired legs as his side face Albion tonight.
Evans makes three changes at the Amex from the team which drew 1-1 at Charlton on Saturday.
Millers went ahead when centre-back Farrend Rawson was left unmarked at the far post at a set-piece and had chances to extend their lead.
Matt Derbyshire, who hit the winner for the Millers at home to Chris Hughton’s men on Easter Monday, comes back into the side at the sharp end of their 4-4-1-1 set-up.
Chris Maguire and Aidan White also come into the side with midfielder Lee Frecklington ruled out by a calf strain and Jonson Clarke-Harris and Tony Andreu both dropping to the bench.
Evans said: “There were a lot of tired legs after Charlton. That's at the front of our thoughts for the team tonight.”
Rotherham’s 18 includes three former Albion loanees. Joe Mattock starts at left-back while Greg Halford and Emmanuel Ledesma are both on the bench.
Rotherham: Camp; Buxton, Rawson, Collins, Mattock, Maguire, Smallwood, Newell, White; Ofoe; Derbyshire. Subs: Collin, Halford, Green, Andreu, Ledesma, Clarke-Harris, D. Ward.
