Albion have agreed a new five-year deal with star defender Lewis Dunk.
The 24-year-old signed terms today taking him through to June, 2021.
He was subject of strong transfer interest for the second successive summer, with Crystal Palace believed to the club behind a £5 million bid in June.
Albion boss Chris Hughton praised Dunk’s “exceptional” form last season and so far in the current campaign.
Hughton said: “He thoroughly deserves this new contract and I'm really pleased for him, and the club, as he is a key player for us. We are delighted we have been able to extend his contract."
It is the second time in little more than a year that his terms have been revised.
Dunk signed a five-year deal last August after Albion had fended off interest from Fulham.
