Albion boss Gus Poyet has confirmed a deal to sign Swansea midfielder Ryan Harley is in place.
Poyet, speaking at The Amex this morning said: "We're there, everybody knows now.
"I am positive that it is going to happen. Saying that, with negotiations and football, until it is signed and done it's something that is not in my hands but I'm quite confident we are going to do it."
Today's Argus revealed details of Harley's £250,000 move south.
He passed a medical yesterday and is expected to put pen to paper early next week, once the Seagulls have secured international clearance from the Welsh FA.
Meanwhile, Will Buckley (hamstring) will not be risked in tomorrow's home game against Blackpool.
