Albion manager Gus Poyet and his assistant Mauricio Taricco have signed new five-year contracts.
Both had three seasons left on their previous deals but they have now committed themselves to the club until June 2016.
Chairman Tony Bloom said: "Gus and Tano are key to all of our immediate and long-term plans.
"When you consider the position the club was in when they arrived, what they have achieved here in less than two years is outstanding."
