Albion have handed Vicente a first start as they look to get back on track at Ipswich today.
The former Valencia and Spain star replaces Craig Noone in the starting line-up while Alan Navarro comes in to bolster midfield with Ryan Harley dropping to the bench.
Inigo Calderon and Romain Vincelot come into defence in place of Mauricio Taricco and the banned Lewis Dunk.
Ipswich are unchanged for starters with Manchester City right-back Reece Wabara, signed on loan yesterday, on the bench.
