Albion have given Will Hoskins a chance to shine against one of his old clubs tonight.
The former Millwall loanee comes into the starting XI at The Den as one of three changes.
Hoskins gets his full debut at the expense of Ashley Barnes, Craig Noone is in for Vicente and Ryan Harley takes over from Gary Dicker in midfield.
Kazenga LuaLua comes back into the 16 as one of the subs.
Millwall come into the game buoyed by Saturday's 1-1 draw at Middlesbrough and looking to end a goal drought which currently extends to 325 minutes in home league games.
They give Jay Simpson a start in attack alongside former Albion target man Darius Henderson. Simpson impressed at the Riverside after replacing recent arrival Patrick Agyemang at half-time.
The Lions have not won any of their last nine Championship fixtures while the Seagulls have taken just two points from the last 15 available.
