Pay gap between heads and teachers is becoming wider

REGARDING the front page article “Outrage at County Hall fat cats”, (The Argus, June 29), teachers’ pay is determined by nationally negotiated pay agreements and is therefore less likely to increase exponentially in the way described in the report into West Sussex County Council’s finances quoted in the article.
